The summer edition of iGaming Capital is officially out, featuring exclusive content on the latest developments in the local iGaming industry including high profile interviews, analysis and features on the most burning issues to impact the iGaming sector in Malta and beyond.

The bi-annual publication is produced by Content House Group, one of Malta’s largest media organisations owning and manging over 20 media brands in the online and print sectors. The Group had launched iGaming Capital magazine some years back and it has grown into Malta’s leading industry magazine, leading to the recent launch of its sister brand www.iGamingCapital.mt, which has proved to be an instant hit on the market.

The summer edition of iGaming Capital Magazine explores how recent developments will have a bearing on the industry, including taking a close look at regulatory developments, as the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)and the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit have now strengthened their commitment to combat financial crime and restore the industry’s hard-earned reputation.

The cover story focuses on the jobs market in Malta for this vibrant industry, with recruitment experts sharing their views on the current market conditions, highlighting how the market was hit negatively in 2020, due to COVID19, but that recovery has been noted this year with the number of vacancies in Malta clearly on the increase.

In an interview with the new MGA CEO Carl Brincat, to feature on iGamingCapital.mt this Sunday (tomorrow), the CEO shares his plans and priorities for the regulator moving forward, while Anders Bergman, Founder of QuitGamble.com, talks the audience through his journey from working with an affiliate company to set up a platform dedicated to helping players with a gambling addiction.

Commenting on this latest issue, iGaming Capital editor Martina Said said:

“As we were heading to print, the news emerged that notwithstanding Moneyval’s recent positive review of Malta, the Financial Action Task Force decided to greylist the country.

“We sincerely hope that the Government and relevant national authorities will do their absolute most to continue implementing the necessary reforms and taking all the major decisions needed to ensure that Malta will be out of the greylist in the shortest time possible, to minimise the damage on our reputation and the economy, and to safeguard the future of the iGaming industry in Malta.”

Core members of the iGaming Capital print team include Director of Sales and Business Development Corporate Sales Matthew Spiteri, Corporate Sales and Business Development Manager Marie Claire Camilleri, Brand Sales Executive Jovana Grech, Operations & Client Relationship Manager Elena Dimech and Creative Director and Design Nicholas Cutajar.
