The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has cancelled Smart Operations Ltd’s authorisation to operate, a licence initially granted on 30th April 2021.
Smart Operations’ Ltd, a Malta-based iGaming company, has breached regulation 9 (1) of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations.
According to the MGA, Smart Operations Ltd has:
Smart Operations Ltd is no longer authorised to operate games, register new players or accept new customer deposits, but must allow customers to access their accounts and refund all current credit balances.
